Global Education

In addition to bringing together clinicians and interdisciplinary researchers, the Institute for Women and Interdisciplinary Research in Science and Health aims to connect science with society. To achieve this objective, the institute organizes events and develops scientific mediation tools.

Global education

In the upcoming dedicated space at Tarnier, studios and apartments will be renovated and refurbished to accommodate short scientific stays of foreign visitors.
This space will also provide co-working spaces for master and PhD students, and will host scientific workshops on women health.

Society outreach

The Institute offer a cultural program for a general audience, and will continue to organize scientific manifestations, conferences, expositions, for and with local public authorities (Ville de Paris, Region Ile de France).

To mark International Women’s Rights Day, the institute has organized its first event for the general public, entitled “ Santé des femmes, à nous de jouer ! ”, with several covered thematics, on Saturday March 8 2025 with the ambition of making it an annual event. These workshops will/may be transformed into a permanent exhibition adapted annually.
